What materials can BESSER cast?
We specialize in 300-series stainless steel, 400-series stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, carbon steel, low-alloy steel, nickel alloys, tool steels—over 200 alloys per GB, ASTM, DIN, JIS standards.
What processes do we offer?
We provide silica sol investment casting, vacuum casting, CNC machining, and over 16 surface treatment and heat treatment processes.
What weight range can BESSER cast?
We can make 10g – 280kg castings.
What precision level can BESSER achieve?
We achieve CT5-CT6 tolerance, key dimensions up to CT4, roughness Ra 3.2-6.3 µm.
Is the mold developed by your own factory?
Yes, we have strong in-house mold design and manufacturing capabilities. All the molds are designed by our internal team.
If the mold is developed, do I still need to invest in the mold cost during mass production?
You only need to invest in the mold at the beginning. Our molds typically have a lifespan of up to 500,000 uses. Even if production exceeds this number, we will take care of developing new molds ourselves and provide samples for your verification, all at no additional cost to you.
Can BESSER provide free samples?
Free samples aren’t available due to the custom molds required, but the advantage of our casting process is the low development cost—averaging just $800 for general parts.
Can BESSER provide a testing report for each batch of shipment?
Yes, BESSER provides detailed testing reports for each batch of shipped products, including chemical composition and mechanical performance tests.
What if there are quality issues with the product?
If the quality issue is caused by BESSER, we offer free rework or remanufacturing and will cover the related losses to ensure your usage is not affected.
How long is the delivery time?
Sample delivery takes 25-35 days, bulk order delivery takes 30-50 days, and urgent orders can be expedited to 15 days.
What are your payment terms?
Mold development requires 100% prepayment, with a full refund if requirements are not met; bulk orders typically require 30% prepayment and 70% payment before shipment, negotiable.
