Key Milestones in Our Journey
2002
Mr. Luo Hongneng established ‘Honest Hardware’ in Ningbo, launching water glass lost wax casting as Zhangqi Town’s first dedicated facility.
2010
Introduced silica sol investment casting, fully replacing water glass casting, achieving process upgrades, while adopting ISO9001:2008 certification and implementing it factory-wide.
2015
Founded Besser Casting, integrating vacuum casting technology, obtaining TS16949:2009 certification, and enhancing production capabilities.
2016
Deployed casting simulation software and customized ERP systems, improving efficiency and operational precision across all processes.
2017
Upgraded to IATF16949:2016 and ISO9001:2015 standards, establishing a precision machining workshop to broaden manufacturing scope.
2022
Implemented the first automated shell-making production line, optimizing production efficiency and capacity for precision casting.
2023
We added a second automated shell-making line and earned ISO45001 and ISO14001 certifications, strengthening our commitment to quality and sustainability.
We were also recognized as a “High-Tech Enterprise” by Ningbo City.
2024
We proudly received the “Cixi City Three-Star Green Factory” certification and became the “BESSER Casting Technology R&D Center” in Ningbo, marking a new milestone in our research and development capabilities.
2025
Expanding facilities by 20,000 ㎡ to a total of 32,000 ㎡, targeting a capacity of 250 tons/month, and meeting rising demand.
Additionally, we were recognized as a “Digitalized Secondary Factory” by Ningbo City, reflecting our focus on digital manufacturing and technological advancement.
